By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What NestMatch does
NestMatch helps people decide where to live by suggesting areas that may suit their lifestyle, preferences, and circumstances. The Service is provided for general informational and decision-support purposes only. It is not property, financial, legal, immigration, relocation, tax, or investment advice. Always carry out your own due diligence before making any decision.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
Some features require you to sign in (for example, via Google). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@nestmatch.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may also use parts of the Service without an account. In that case, we may store your inputs against an anonymous device identifier so we can deliver and improve the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- scrape, harvest, mass-download, or systematically copy the Service or its content except as permitted by these Terms;
- interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service’s security or infrastructure;
- submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes another person’s rights;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party models such as Google Gemini) to generate location matches and related suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may reflect biases in its training data. You should treat all AI output as a starting point, not a definitive answer, and verify anything you rely on.
7. Third-party content & links
The Service surfaces information from public datasets, mapping providers, image providers, and other third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or any decisions you make based on it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand, copy, and curated content, is owned by NestMatch Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Anything you submit to the Service (such as onboarding answers and feedback) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability & changes
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if a change is material we will give you reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email) before it takes effect.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestMatch Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to GBP 100 or, if greater, the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NestMatch Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. On termination, sections intended to survive (such as IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law) remain in force.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and rely on any mandatory consumer protections of that country.
